TEAM AND PAIRS RELAY
registration for the 2009 event is at capacity and is closed.
There is NO wait list and NO race weekend registration.
You may no longer register for this event.

Capacity is 1,000 relay runners.

Registration for next year's
event (10/23/10) opens
April 1, 2010.

 

SOLO RUNNERS
may still register for the event on race weekend
on Friday, Oct. 23 at The Ladder House (4-8 PM)
or on race day at the start line.
Race weekend entry fee is $100.

 

TEAM CAPTAINS
who failed to enter their team member data prior to
October 16th may complete their rosters at packet pick up.
Your team members are not guaranteed their t-shirt sizes and you may not request a change in your assigned start time.

Race weekend entry, if available, is $100 per person.

The registration fee includes the individual's entry, long-sleeve t-shirt, finisher's medal ("bling bling medal" on a chain), water, Gatorade, Clif Bars, and unlimited beer, soda, pizza, and other snacks at the post-race party & awards ceremony at Sunset Park.

 

PACKET PICK UP

Participant packets, goodie bags and t-shirts may be picked up:

* 4 - 8 pm on Friday, October 23rd at The Ladder House Bar & Restaurant in Sturgeon Bay.
* 6:30 – 10:00 am on Saturday, October 24th at Gills Rock.

Team packets will be bundled together.

 

REFUNDS AND DEFERRALS

There will be NO REFUNDS for ANY reason.
There will be NO DEFERRALS of registrations to next year for ANY reason.
There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to these policies for ANY reason.

 

SUBSTITUTIONS

Substitutions of runners will be permitted at no charge. A link to accomodate the processing of substitutions online will be available soon.

 

ALL SUBSTITUTIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY FRIDAY, OCTOBER 16.

 

ADDITIONS

Additions of runners (i.e. increasing from a 3-person relay team to a 4-person or 5-person relay team) is permitted but MUST BE DONE ON OR BEFORE FRIDAY, OCTOBER 16, 2009. The price of an added runner is equal to the individual entry fee at the time of the addition (chart above). You may add a person online by clicking on the online registration link above and searching for your team.
