The registration fee includes the individual's entry, long-sleeve t-shirt, finisher's medal ("bling bling medal" on a chain), goodie bag, water, Gatorade, Clif Bars, and unlimited beer, soda, pizza, breadsticks, and other snacks at the post-race party and awards ceremony at Stone Harbor Resort.

Online registration is open through midnight on October 19, 2008. After that, individuals and teams may register in person on Friday, October 24th at Stone Harbor Resort between 5 and 8 pm or on Saturday, October 25th at the start line in Gills Rock between 6:30 am and 9:30 am. The per person registration charge on race weekend will be $80.

Substitutions of runners will be permitted at no charge. A note of who is being substituted should be sent, along with a completed registration and waiver for the new runner, to the race director at:

Please note on the form if the substitution changes the team’s division (regular vs. masters and male, female, or mixed).

Additions of runners (i.e. increasing from a 3-person relay team to a 4-person or 5-person relay team) is permitted. The price of an added runner is equal to the individual entry fee at the time of the addition (chart above). A completed registration and waiver for the additional runner should be sent, along with payment at the current prevailing rate when the addition is made (see chart above), to the race director at:
